Best Smoothies Recipes: Mango-Coconut Smoothie

Today I will share with you a delicious mango smoothie recipe. It is a fast recipe, that can be prepared after a training session or just as a healthy snack in the afternoon or in the evening.

I love smoothies! In particular after a training session šŸ™‚ . I usually have a smoothie after my fitness exercises or after my running rounds, so I can definitely recommend smoothies anytime. They are easy and fast to prepare, they are healthy, they provide me with the necessary dose of energy, and nonetheless they are tasty. So here it is the delicious mango smoothie recipe with coconut flakes topping:

  • Ingredients (for 2 Portions):
    • 2 Mangoes
    • 600 ml Almond Milk (or Coconut Milk)
    • 2 Spoons Peanut Butter
    • 2 Teaspoons Chia Seeds
    • Coconut Flakes (for the topping)
  • Preparation: Easy, cheesy, just follow the steps below:
      1. Peel the mangoes and cut them in small pieces. Add the mango pieces in a blender.
      2. Add the almonds milk (alternatively you can use coconut milk; I prefer almonds milk), the peanut butter, and the chia seeds to the blender and mix them all together in the blender until you get a smooth composition.
      3. Add the smoothie drink in 2 glasses.
      4. Add coconut flakes as topping to the smoothie and enjoy the drinks!
