Best Breakfast Ideas: Chia Pudding

Dear Alice,

Today I will delight you with another delicious breakfast idea, and that is Chia Pudding. This is a great recipe to have in spring or summer, it is fast to prepare and it represents a great source of energy during the day.

So here is the tasty Chia Pudding recipe, inspired from the Merkur magazine, that I highly recommend you to acquire if you have the chance to:

  • Ingredients (for 2 Persons)
    • 2 Kakis Fruits (yes they are delicious, just give them a try)
    • 200 ml Milk (I recommend self-made Almond Milk or just Milk)
    • 4-5 Teaspoons Chia Seeds
    • 1 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds
    • 40-80 grams Pineapples
    • (Optionally) Juice from Half of Lemon (or even the Grated Zest)
  • Preparation
    1. Wash the Kakis fruits. Cut 1 Kaki fruit in small pieces.
    2. Add the Kaki pieces in the blender. Add in the blender the milk, the chia seeds and the lemon (if using any; if you use the lemon, then the taste of the pudding will be slightly sour, but still delicious. You can try variants and then always prepare the one you prefer. I like the variant with lemon, it is just delicious)
    3. Mix the Kaki-Chia-Milk mixture with the blender for a couple of minutes until the composition becomes homogeneous.
    4. Add the composition in a closed jar (or bowl) and let it overnight in the fridge.
    5. In the morning add the Chia-pudding in 2 bowls. Add the Sesame seeds, the other Kaki fruit cut up in small pieces, and the Ananas pieces. Enjoy :).
