Long time no hear! Sorry for that, but here I am ready to share some of my world with you. So today I would like to talk to you about one of my other addiction: and that is drawing. Drawing as a hobby, drawing as a therapy, drawing as a way of calming myself and my inner spirit, drawing as a method of finding my inner peace, drawing as a challenge and nonetheless drawing as a recreational activity.

Healthy Living: Improve your Training with Garmin Swim

Dear Alice,

Today I would like to take some time and to talk to you about one of my biggest addiction: swimming.
I love swimming and I try to go swimming every 2 times per week (in the best case possible even 3 times per week. This frequency happens most likely in summer). I believe swimming is healthy, it reduces stress-level, it builds muscle, it improves your sleep and definitely your mood! So it is great activity!

Austria’s Best Attractions: Welcome to Rogner Bad Blumau

Today I would like to talk to you about my visit to the wonderful Rogner Bad Blumau Spa. As any of us, each year in January I get one year “wiser” and I get to celebrate my birthday together with my family and my friends. Healthy Living: Wandern in Styria

Dear Alice,

Today I want to talk to you about the fascinating activity of “wandern” (in German) in the beautiful state of Styria, whose capital is Graz, the wonderful city I am currently living in (as you probably know it by now). I did not translate the German term “wandern” on purpose, because I believe it has a special charm as it is. Usually “wandern” and “hiking” are equivalent, but I highly associate the term “wandern” with the specific activity of hiking in Austria.
