Best Asian Recipes: Bami Goreng

Today is Sunday so is time to share with you yet another delicious recipe: this time is an Asian recipe, and that is Bami Goreng. I do not know if you are familiar with Asian recipes in general, but me I looove them! I am a big fan of Asian cuisine, I find it tasty, healthy and (when the spicy levels are kept under control) one of a kind!

So here is what you will need to know when deciding to prepare the delicious Bami Goreng:

    1. When to prepare it?
      • I would say that this recipe fits perfectly for lunch or for dinner, as you find it more appropriate! I would opt for lunch, but if you had a long day and you did not get to eat anything nutritious for lunch, then I would definitely go for a Bami Goreng. You can either prepare it for your family, for your friends or for your guests, each one of them will be delighted by this dish.
    2. What do you need for preparing it?
      • 300 gr Asian Noodles
      • 1 Green Pepper (sliced)
      • 1 Red Pepper (sliced)
      • 1 Onion (sliced)
      • 1 Leek (sliced)
      • 2-3 Carrots (sliced)
      • 1 Garlic Glove (sliced)
      • 1 Glass of Asian Vegetables (including Soy and Mushrooms)
      • 2 Pieces of Chicken Breasts (without skin)
      • Salt, Pepper
      • Soy Sauce
      • Chili (or Chili Oil)
      • Wok Oil
    3. How do you prepare it?
      • Just have a look at the pictures below! Enjoy the pictures, the preparation and the meal itself!

Slice the leek.

Slice the peppers and the carrots.

Slice the garlic.

Slice the onion.

Cook the Asian Noodles as described on the package.

Slice the meat.

Add Wok Oil in a Wok πŸ™‚ , add all the sliced vegetables and cook them.

Add the Asian vegetables to the composition in the Wok.

When the vegetables are cooked, add the meat.

Fry the meat with the vegetables.

Add the Soy sauce, salt, pepper and Chili oil. It depends on your taste, you can spicy the dish as much as you want.

Add the Asian Noodles and stir.

This is the final output, looks delicious!
