100 Things To Do in Graz

Dear Alice,

Long time no hear. Yes, it is true, and I am definitely sorry for that, but I have one good reason for this, and that is this post, concerning the multitude of events and things to do in Graz. I wanted to come up with a list of fun and relaxing events that you could do in Graz, whenever you want to enjoy this beautiful city and all that it has to offer.

So, here is a list of things to do in Graz (I hope you will enjoy them as much as I did and still do 😉 ):

    Sports and Recreation

  1. Stroll to the Schlossberg (i.e. Castle Hill) in the city center and enjoy the view.
  2. Hike to the Schoeckl Mountain in the surroundings of Graz.
  3. Hike on the Plabutsch Hill in Graz (either by foot or by bike).
  4. Stroll to the ruined castle Goesting in the vicinity of Graz.
  5. Stroll to the Baroque Mariatrost Basilica in the north of Graz.
  6. Visit Schloss Eggenberg in Graz and enjoy its wonderful gardens.
  7. Have a picnic in the Stadtpark large municipal park.
  8. Stroll in the popular Augartenpark in Graz.
  9. Stroll to the Cafe Rosenhein in Graz and enjoy the views while having a good coffee. Dogs also welcomed!
  10. Stroll to the Hilmteich lake and enjoy the Leechwald forest as well.
